Willy Silver had been kind, and now that Fawn was more comfortable wandering around the city he decided to seek him out. It was hard finding the bar again, but the petite fae managed, and he headed inside to find the other prince.

When he spotted him by the bar, Fawn silently made his way over and pulled himself up onto the high stool beside him.

"Well met, Willy Silver," he said.

"And do you understand how dangerous that is? He, and men like him, drove our people to the other side. Men like him tried to kill us all."

It wasn't John the man, though he truly was a prick, but that power that he didn't trust.

"If he wished to kill or banish me, I assure you that one of us would already be dead," Fawn replied sweetly, looking unbothered.

[willysilver]

Willy could see he wasn't going to convince the young fae and decided it wasn't an argument he wanted to carry on.

"Tell me you've met other people."

[fawnthefae]

"I have met a puck, a phouka, a blood drinker, a fae that shares my face, and a mortal that asks many things," Fawn replied.

[willysilver]

"If it was a free Phouka, I know him. He's...perfectly a phouka," he chuckled.

[fawnthefae]

"It was!" Fawn smiled. "Yes, no, I remember because I've never met a free phouka before."

[willysilver]

"There are very few. In my life I've only known of two others, and they were both freed because of their ferocity in battle," he told him.

[fawnthefae]

Fawn wrinkled his nose at the mention of battle.

"It is nice they are free," was his simple reply.

[willysilver]

"It is, butI don't think they enjoy it. Phouka were made to serve. It gives them purpose. Without it..."

He shrugged.

"You get dogs in parks with no leashes," he chuckled.

"This phouka seemed happy," Fawn shrugged. "Wild and free, as we all should be allowed."

[willysilver]

"I am glad to know you are meeting our kind, and ones who would mean you no harm," he said. "That makes me happy."

[fawnthefae]

"Why? Because you dislike John?" Fawn asked.

[willysilver]

"In part," he said, seeing no reason to even bend the truth. "But mostly because it's good to have kin you know. I know where you can meet more, if you like."

[fawnthefae]

"I have been to the fae realms here," Fawn assured him.

Honestly, he wasn't eager to meet more fae. Trooping were independent for a reason.

"Ah! Wonderful. How do you find it? Similar?" Willy asked.

[fawnthefae]

"It is much the same," Fawn nodded. "But slightly changed."

[willysilver]

"You should come to my cottage and use my door," he smiled. "It opens into the old oak forest. Not far from the Queen's palace."

[fawnthefae]

"I do not stray close to the courts," Fawn replied, shaking his head. "I have no interest in such things."

[willysilver]

Willy laughed softly.

"Neither do I. But is the woods there that are home," he explained.

[fawnthefae]

"I'm okay with my current home, I think. ...It has John, and he is becoming a home to me," Fawn said.

[willysilver]

Willy shook his head a little, then paused to sip his drink. John. The prince could see that Fawn was genuinely attached.

"I see," he finally decided to say. He knew Fawn wasn't going o leave. Nymphs and their Love. Fickle thing, love.

"You do not see, you judge," Fawn giggled.

[willysilver]

"it's true," he conceded with a nod. "And I can't promise I'll stop. But I will accept your choice of home."

It was foolish, he thought, and would surely come to a bad end.

"I am glad to hear it," Fawn said. "Perhaps you should come over and meet him," he suggested, then gasped and looked excited.

"We can have cake!"

"Are you inviting me into your home?" Willy asked. He had a feeling John wouldn't be pleased, and that made a tiny part of him eager to disrupt some peace.

"I would enjoy cake."
